    • Designed the master plan, architecture, interior, and landscape and handled the procurement, production, shipment and construction of the timber / non-timber components of 17 new timber bungalows – 21 keys for Naya Gawana Resort and Spa, located at West Bali National Park Area (nayagawanaresort.com).
    • Handled design, procurement, production, and shipment of timber components for a small scale mining ExComm staff complex in Uganda, comprise of 20 units of 1 storey timber building.

    • Handled procurement, production, shipment and construction of timber / non-timber components for a small scale resort complex, comprise of 17 units of 3 storeys timber bungalows at Glacis, Mahe Island, Seychelles.
  • March 2009 – March 2012
    • Handled design, procurement, production, shipment and construction of whole guest area as Project Director for the development project of Jumeirah Vittaveli Resort in Bolifushi Island, a 91 keys high end resort at South Male Atoll, Maldives (jumeirah.com).

    • Designed and did a project management work at huge renovation project of a Catholic Private School in Jakarta.
    • Did the master plan and entire design, procurement, production and construction of the Gardenia Resort & Spa, at Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat (gardeniaresortandspa.com).
    • Did private houses and interior projects in Jakarta, and other town of Indonesia.
    • Designed, constructed and developed a tent type resort at a huge camping ground in mountain area.
    • Joined the project management team for the development of Evason Latitude, at Laamu Atoll, Maldives.
  • November 2004 – July 2007
    • Researched, designed and joined the project management for a conservation project in renovating several heritage properties in huge Boys Orphan Home in Jakarta.
    • Designed and built a small serviced apartment complex at Renon, Bali.
    • Took part in the design of a Rebirth Project of the Public Area of Club Med Cherating, at Kuantan, Malaysia.
  • December 1999 – October 2004
    • Designed major part of the master plan, architecture, interior, and landscape and handled the procurement, production, shipment and construction of the timber / non-timber components in developing Naya Gawana Resort and Spa, a new boutique resort project located at West Bali National Park area.
    • Design works and project management works for several private houses projects in Jakarta.
    • Designed and did a project management for a conservation work in renovating an Old Catholic Orphan Home in Jakarta.
    • Collaborated with a French Architect doing design of a Spa Complex project at White Sand Resort, Ari Atoll, Maldives.
    • Designed and did a project management work for a medium rise building in Jakarta (12 storeys R/C structure building) for about 2 years time, a collaboration work involved 3 architects, 3 civil engineers and 3 M&E engineers.
